Kovačević Winery was born from a family vineyard and from a belief that Fruška Gora deserves wines that do not imitate — but express.
Instead of chasing trends, this winery has followed the rhythm of nature and today cultivates 120 hectares of fully organic vineyards, a rarity in Southeastern Europe.

This is not a place for superficial experimentation.
Here, ancient techniques are revived — long macerations, natural fermentation, and maturation in amphorae and large oak barrels.
The grapes thrive in soil rich in clay and limestone, under a temperate continental climate with subcontinental influences.
