Riesling R Edition is a wine that steps beyond the familiar.
Fermented and macerated in amphorae for six months on indigenous yeasts, then aged in oak barrels and bottle, it represents an authentic orange wine with remarkable depth and structure.
On the nose, it reveals candied orange peel, dried apricot, white pepper, and spice.
On the palate – the freshness of apricot meets the subtle tannic texture gained from skin contact.
The result is a full-bodied, dry wine with layered aromatics and a refined, oriental finish.
Serving suggestion: 12–14°C
Pairs well with: intensely spiced dishes, aged and fermented cheeses, and Asian cuisine.

Instead of chasing trends, this winery has followed the rhythm of nature and today cultivates 120 hectares of fully organic vineyards, a rarity in Southeastern Europe.
This is not a place for superficial experimentation.
Here, ancient techniques are revived — long macerations, natural fermentation, and maturation in amphorae and large oak barrels.
The grapes thrive in soil rich in clay and limestone, under a temperate continental climate with subcontinental influences.
Every bottle is a result of precision, subtlety, and faith — faith in terroir, in time, and in nature’s wisdom.
