The Kovačević Riesling originates from the specific soils of the Irig vineyards, where limestone and clay, combined with the Fruška Gora microclimate, create a wine of crystalline precision.
The aroma is dominated by green apple, peach, and apricot – pure, fruity, and seductive.
On the palate, it’s rounded and elegant, with natural freshness and a distinct fruit character.
Fermented and aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks, it retains youth, clarity, and definition.

Pairs well with: noble river and sea fish, grilled white meat, salty cheeses, and fresh salads.

Instead of chasing trends, this winery has followed the rhythm of nature and today cultivates 120 hectares of fully organic vineyards, a rarity in Southeastern Europe.
This is not a place for superficial experimentation.
Here, ancient techniques are revived — long macerations, natural fermentation, and maturation in amphorae and large oak barrels.
The grapes thrive in soil rich in clay and limestone, under a temperate continental climate with subcontinental influences.
