Aurelius unites two great grape varieties in perfect harmony — captivating from the very first aroma. The bouquet reveals blackberry, blackcurrant, and a delicate touch of caramel, with gentle notes of spice and oak unfolding in the background. On the palate – layered and elegant, with silky tannins and a rounded, full body.
Fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks, then aged for 12 months in barrique barrels, this wine gains both softness and depth.

Pairs well with: beef steak, Fiorentina steak, game goulash, aged cheeses.

This is not a place for superficial experimentation.
Here, ancient techniques are revived — long macerations, natural fermentation, and maturation in amphorae and large oak barrels.
The grapes thrive in soil rich in clay and limestone, under a temperate continental climate with subcontinental influences.
