Fermented primarily in stainless steel (85%) and partially in oak barrels (15%), it offers aromas of green apple, pear, and citrus, complemented by subtle notes of toast.
On the palate – fresh, aromatic, with a creamy and rounded finish.
The balance between creamy texture and lively acidity makes it an ideal choice for any season.
Serving suggestion: 7–10°C
Pairs well with: seafood, light salads, creamy pasta, white meats, and soft cheeses.
