Aurelius S is a complex interpretation of the Fruška Gora terroir.
Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged first in barrique barrels (50% new), followed by additional maturation in large oak casks, it masterfully unites fruit freshness with ethereal depth.
On the nose – blackberry, blueberry, and blackcurrant intertwine with notes of vanilla, cedar, and ripe red pepper.
On the palate – full-bodied, with finely grained tannins, a long finish, and delicate layers of sweet spice.
This is a wine that doesn’t just stay in the glass – it stays in your memory.

This is not a place for superficial experimentation.
Here, ancient techniques are revived — long macerations, natural fermentation, and maturation in amphorae and large oak barrels.
The grapes thrive in soil rich in clay and limestone, under a temperate continental climate with subcontinental influences.
