Produced using the Charmat method, through double fermentation in pressurized tanks, this sparkling wine enchants with fruit-forward aromas and delicate floral notes.
In the glass – fine, persistent bubbles dance gently.
On the palate – tropical and table fruit tones, balanced body, and a long, refreshing finish.
A wine that lifts the mood and invites another sip.

Kovačević Winery was born from a family vineyard and from a belief that Fruška Gora deserves wines that do not imitate — but express.
Instead of chasing trends, this winery has followed the rhythm of nature and today cultivates 120 hectares of fully organic vineyards, a rarity in Southeastern Europe.
This is not a place for superficial experimentation.
Here, ancient techniques are revived — long macerations, natural fermentation, and maturation in amphorae and large oak barrels.
The grapes thrive in soil rich in clay and limestone, under a temperate continental climate with subcontinental influences.
Every bottle is a result of precision, subtlety, and faith — faith in terroir, in time, and in nature’s wisdom.
