This wine represents the expression of terroir in its richest form.
Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in oak barrels of various sizes gives Chardonnay S its complexity and finesse.
On the nose, it reveals tropical fruit, pear, biscuit, and notes of ripe fig, walnut, and vanilla.
On the palate – full-bodied and perfectly balanced between ripe fruit and a buttery, spicy finish.
Aged in large oak casks and further refined in the bottle, this is a wine made for mindful enjoyment.
Serving suggestion: 10–12°C
Pairs well with: foie gras, hollandaise sauce, turkey with mlinci, rich fish dishes, and aged cheeses.
