A bright straw-yellow wine with a greenish sheen, made from grapes grown in the Tuzi micro-locality — on gravelly, sun-drenched soil near Lake Skadar.
This Sauvignon Blanc reveals intense aromas of elderflower, green pepper, and fresh herbs, layered with vibrant citrus and mineral undertones. On the palate, it is lively, balanced, and elegantly structured, offering a refreshing, fruit-driven finish.
The grapes come from 20-year-old vineyards, oriented north–south and blessed with over 2,500 hours of sunlight annually. Hand-harvested in early September, the wine was fermented in stainless-steel tanks and then aged for 8–10 months on fine lees, gaining depth, texture, and characteristic complexity.
Food pairing: shellfish, crustaceans, fish, chicken or turkey in spicy sauces, grilled vegetables, herb-infused salads, goat cheeses.
Serving temperature: 9–11 °C.
