Kanon opens with notes of ripe blackberry, blackcurrant, and black cherry, enriched by discreet tones of spice, chocolate, and smoke that come from careful aging in oak barrels.
On the palate, it is full-bodied, with finely rounded tannins and a persistent finish that leaves an impression of warmth and sophistication.

The grapes come from carefully tended vineyards of Jeremić Winery, handpicked and selected from the finest clusters.

Although it began as a homegrown passion for viticulture, since 2010 – under the umbrella of Eko Mineral d.o.o. – this modern winery has transformed tradition into a sophisticated winemaking expression: grounded in science, refined through emotion.
