Made exclusively from hand-roasted Kurtovka red peppers, grown under the southern sun and harvested in the Morava valley, this ajvar is a true Balkan classic in its most authentic form.
The peppers are roasted on wood-fired stoves, hand-peeled, ground, and slowly cooked in cast-iron pots – just like our grandmothers used to make.
Each jar contains around 16 juicy, carefully selected peppers, with no preservatives, no artificial colors, and no flavorings.
The result is a mild, aromatic, irresistibly homemade ajvar – rich yet gentle, a taste that revives childhood memories and creates new family gatherings, preserving tradition in the most delicious way possible.
