This indigenous Montenegrin variety, grown for centuries around Podgorica, was named after the cross-shaped grape cluster.
Light, refreshing, and mineral, with bright acidity and a long, clean finish.

Recommended glass: Universal white wine glass
Food pairing: Excellent with fish starters, seafood, light soups, white fish, mildly seasoned poultry, and soft cheeses. Perfectly chilled, it also makes a refreshing aperitif.
