Zlatno Pero is a premium plum brandy made from carefully selected dried plums, crafted according to a traditional recipe that preserves the expertise and craftsmanship of generations of master distillers. It is distilled in copper stills and then aged for at least seven years – first in French barrique barrels and subsequently in barrels made from native oak sourced from the Jastrebac Mountains.
It is distinguished by its deep golden colour, warm and harmonious aroma, and rich, full-bodied flavour that lingers on the palate.

Jastreb Plum Brandy is a traditional Serbian plum brandy, created in the heart of Serbia – in the village of Pretrešnja, at the foot of Mount Jastrebac. Our family distillery is built on generations of knowledge, craftsmanship, and dedication.
We carefully select plums from local orchards at the peak of ripeness. They are naturally fermented without additives, allowing us to preserve their authentic character and flavor.
