Its roots lie in the old orchards at the foot of the Jastrebac Mountains, where carefully selected fruits have been cultivated with dedication for generations. Crafted according to a traditional recipe, it is distilled twice and then aged for seven years in French oak barrels.

Jastreb Plum Brandy is a traditional Serbian plum brandy, created in the heart of Serbia – in the village of Pretrešnja, at the foot of Mount Jastrebac. Our family distillery is built on generations of knowledge, craftsmanship, and dedication.
We carefully select plums from local orchards at the peak of ripeness. They are naturally fermented without additives, allowing us to preserve their authentic character and flavor. Every drop of our plum brandy is distilled in traditional copper stills through a slow and careful process, resulting in a rich aromatic profile and the perfect balance between strength and smoothness.
