Based in Kragujevac, Flores is one of Serbia’s most respected producers of fruit brandies (rakija), with over four decades of modern production and a family tradition dating back to 1803.
Officially founded in 1985 by agronomist Radiša Pljakić, the company revived a family legacy interrupted by nationalization in 1952 — bringing back the authentic craft of distillation that once defined Šumadija.

Its most renowned brand, Žuta osa (“Yellow Wasp”), is a De Luxe plum brandy, repeatedly awarded and internationally acclaimed as one of Serbia’s finest.
Alongside it, Flores also produces Bela osa (40%), Žuta lincura – herbal liqueur (45%), Srpska loza (45%), and Drozd Brandy (38%).
